I received this poem from a friend of mine today and thought it was so beautiful - so I added some pizzazz to it by super-imposing it on to one of my photography pictures.
Hope you enjoy and ...grasp an aha! moment of how precious Time actually is...

Oprah Lifeclass Comes to Canada!
Learning about gratitude and being filled with it both in
the same day… Now that’s what I’m talking about!
As an Oprah Lifeclass student, I received notification on my Facebook that Oprah was going to be in Toronto… in Toronto, Ontario… in Toronto, Ontario, Canada… our Canada… Hello!? I didn’t even hesitate, just immediately jumped at the opportunity and purchased my ticket online!
I am very grateful in having had had the involvement of experiencing
such an amazing event! Moreover to having our session’s focus being about Gratitude, my experience was that much
more fruitfully enhanced due to the fact that my sister and her girlfriend were able to experience this journey with me!
If you wish to read more about some of the highlights of the sessions, Huffington Post’s journalist Rebecca Zamon wrote a extensive summary which fairly highlights some of the key points: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2012/04/16/oprahs-lifeclass-toronto-_n_1428196.html#s875131
I plan on blogging further about my Oprah Lifeclass journey - until then, hope you enjoyed this highlight.

On Monday April 16th, 2012, I attended the second
added Oprah Lifeclass show in Toronto, ON, at the Metro Convention
Centre. Both recorded shows are 2 hours long and are available for viewing online
and on OWN (Oprah
Winfrey Network). However for those of us attending the Oprah lifeclasses,
we received 6 hours’ worth of class-time.
The first of the two Toronto Oprah Lifeclass sessions was aired
“live” on Monday April 16th, 2012, and provided its audience with
the topic of: The Power of Forgiveness. The second recording, which actually
took place prior to the first show (I
know this can be a little confusing) had as focus: Mastering the Art of Gratitude,
which aired Monday April 30th, 2012 from 8pm – 10pm, as the Oprah
Lifeclass season finally. The Toronto classes were the largest Oprah
Lifeclass sessions to-date, with 8,500 students in attendance… in each of the sessions! The invited "coaches" included Iyanla Vanzant,
Tony Robbins,
Bishop T.D.
Jakes and Deepak
Chopra; each coach providing the audience with lessons prior to the actual Oprah Lifeclass show.
